We have three special collaborations at Art Market Jakarta 7 that will be held on April 28-30, 2017 at Kuningan City, South Jakarta, and would like to introduce you to them. Our third collaboration is with Orkibal, a visual artist based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Read our Q&A below:

Catalyst Arts (CA): Tell us a little bit about yourself, and how you came to begin your career.
Orkibal (O): Hi, I’m Orkibal! I’ve loved painting since I was a little kid but i started promoting my artworks to public after I knew about street art. I began campaigning my street artworks to make it more accessible to public.
CA: What kind of artworks or products that you prepare for Art Market Jakarta 7?
O: I haven’t decided yet. Let it be a surprise. Hahahaha…
CA: Tell us about your favourite product from your collection!
O: Umpppppp pillow atau pouch for markers.

CA: Name one resource that inspires your brand the most.
O: All my favourite artists, such as Katun, Shieko, Zero, The Killergerbil, Fritilldea, Tuts, Wormo, Yellow Dino, Flying Fortress, Akid One, and many more.
CA: What is your plan in the near future?
O: I want to hold a solo exhibition and want to make my characters to be widely known.
